Outline

The Parkinson's NSW ILP Award is established to encourage students to undertake study in the field of Parkinson's Research in a rural clinical setting. Applicants must be enrolled in Medicine (BMed MD/MBBS) and proposing to undertake or be undertaking an Independent Learning Project (ILP) or Honours research project within the Faculty of Medicine at UNSW, specialising in Parkinson’s research. Students must be completing their ILP at one of the following rural campuses: - Albury Wodonga - Coffs Harbour - Port Macquarie - Wagga Wagga

Selection is based on: > Academic merit > Commitment to the proposed project and community participation, outlined in an essay of 500-700 words > Financial need may also be taken into consideration
