The Mary Edna Quinn Scholarship is awarded to a UNSW Medicine student undertaking an Honours year as part of their degree.
Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must
- Be entering their Honours year in the Bachelor of Medicine (BMed/MD degree
- Submit a detailed Research Plan
Selection
Applicants will be assessed on the basis of:
- Academic merit including the quality of the Honours year preliminary Research Plan and potential impact of the research.
- Consideration may be given to the applicant's personal qualities such as extra-curricular activities, vision and innovation as evidenced by contribution to University Life and/or their community.
