Outline
The UNSW Hong Kong Alumni Award was established to assist residents of Hong Kong, who aspire to contribute to the betterment of society without particular regard for their own personal or commercial gain, to study an undergraduate degree at UNSW.
Eligibility
Applicants must be a resident of Hong Kong who is proposing to commence, or who is already undertaking, full-time study in an undergraduate program at UNSW.
Selection
Applicants will be assessed on the basis of academic merit, leadership qualities and potential to contribute to the wider life of the University and to foster links between Australia and Hong Kong and UNSW and the UNSW Alumni Association - Hong Kong Chapter. Applicants will also be considered on the basis of a statement detailing how they intend to work towards "the betterment of society without particular regard for their own personal or commercial gain".
