Outline
The Rosemary Pynn Memorial Scholarship was established to encourage mature age students to undertake graduate study in Law at UNSW.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be undertaking, or proposing to undertake, graduate studies in the Faculty of Law; and
Be over 25 years of age; and
- Must demonstrate at least one disadvantage through an application to the (UAC) Equity Scholarships Scheme.
Selection
Candidates will be considered on the basis of the UAC Equity online application.
Each applicant will be assessed on their eligibility to demonstrate one or more of the following criteria:
- Financial hardship
- Carer responsibilities
- English language difficulties
- Sole parent responsibilities
- Indigenous Australian
- Long-term medical condition/disability or ongoing effects of abuse
- Regional or remote disadvantage
Applicants must submit a UAC Equity Scholarship application by Wednesday 19 June 2019.
Interviews
Interviews are not required for this Scholarship.
