Outline

The Class of 84/85 James McLachlan Memorial Scholarship encourages students to commence an undergraduate Law degree at UNSW.

Eligibility

  • Proposing to commence full-time undergraduate study in a combined Bachelor of Laws degree at UNSW
  • Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Attain an HSC or equivalent score high enough to be eligible to enrol and be accepted into the combined Bachelor of Laws degree program at UNSW.

  • Disrupted schooling
  • Severe family disruption
  • Excessive family responsibilites
  • Difficult home environment
  • Illness or disability
  • Academic merit
  • Committment to undertaking an undergraduate combined Bachelor of Laws degree at UNSW.
Applicants will be able to utilise any educational access points that they receive as part of their EAS application or any other bonus points for which they are eligible in order to gain entry to the combined Bachelor of Laws program at UNSW; In addition, applicants must ALSO apply via the Educational Access Scheme (EAS) by 6 January 2016.
