Outline

This scholarship has been established to support students of high potential to undertake a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) program at UNSW.

This scholarship will consider applications from current UNSW Bachelor of Engineering students who wish to transfer over to Mining Engineering, either in the single or dual degree programs.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be an Australian Citizen or Australian permanent resident
  • Be currently enrolled in a UNSW Bachelor of Engineering degree program or in a dual* degree in combination with the Bachelor of Engineering and seeking to undertake Mining Engineering.

    *Dual Degrees: In a dual degree in combination with the Bachelor of Mining Engineering but the tenure of the scholarship will remain at a maximum of four years.

    Each applicant will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate:

    • Aptitude and commitment to studies in mining engineering
    • Extra-curricular activities
    • Leadership Abilities
