Open to Mid-Year applicants UNSW has one of the best Science Faculties in the country. To encourage academically gifted students interested in Science to pursue tertiary study the faculty is offering up to 10 Science Achiever Awards in Semester 2 2015.

Eligibility

Selection

Applicants will be assessed on academic merit, based on their high school qualification HSC (or equivalent) results (such as the HSC, International Baccalaureate, A Levels or other equivalent qualification) and on their response to questions in the application which include why you are interested in studying science. Applicants must be commencing full-time study in Stage 1 of any undergraduate science degree in the Faculty of Science. Applicants must also have completed their high school qualification HSC (or equivalent) within the year prior to the commencement in any undergraduate science degree. Students wishing to undertake Dual Degrees are eligible to apply. This award cannot be deferred and no gap year is permitted.
