Outline

The purpose of the Award is to encourage high achieving female students to undertake a program in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW.

Eligibility

To be considered for the Award, candidates must:

Be a female student;

Have completed the NSW HSC (or interstate equivalent) or IB (completed in Australia) in the year prior to commencing study at UNSW, or in the previous two years prior to commencing at UNSW, provided no tertiary study was undertaken during this period;

Have achieved a minimum ATAR (or equivalent qualification) of 95.00 (excluding bonus points); and

Be commencing 1st year full-time study in an undergraduate Faculty of Engineering program (single or combined).

Selection

THERE IS NO APPLICATION REQUIRED.

Each Candidate will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate:

Academic merit

The Award will be offered to the top 60 students with the highest ATAR (or equivalent qualification).

Interviews are not required for this Award
