Outline

The Award was established to encourage and assist female students to undertake study in a field related to the building construction industry in the Faculty of Engineering or the Faculty of the Built Environment at UNSW.

Eligibility

Selection

Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents. Applicants must be female students undertaking full-time study in the final year of an undergraduate program related to the building construction industry in the Faculty of Engineering or the Faculty of the Built Environment at UNSW. Applicants will be assessed on their reasons for undertaking the program of study, and an essay covering the following topics/isssues: * Why I am studying a construction related course * Where I see myself in 5-10 years time * Who my role models are * What direction I see the building construction industry taking in the next 5-10 years Consideration may be given to academic merit. To assist in the selection, applicants must attach a copy of their resume to their application.
