Outline

The Russell Family Scholarship for Indigenous Students was established to encourage and support disadvantaged Indigenous students to undertake full time undergraduate study at UNSW Business School.

Each scholarship will have a value of $10,000 per annum and will be payable for:

  • Minimum duration of a single degree program typically 3 years in business; or
  • Minimum duration of a dual degree program typically 4-5 years

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be an Indigenous Australian proposing to undertake full-time study in an undergraduate program in the UNSW Business School
  • Applicants must be currently undertaking an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate, (i.e. the HSC) or equivalent. Applicants who have completed their schooling in the previous two years are also eligible to apply provided they have not commenced any tertiary study in the meantime
  • Applicants must not already hold a degree

    Selection

    • Applicants will be considered based on their UAC Equity Scholarship or UAC Educational Access Scheme application, or another appropriate UNSW admissions pathway program.
    • Interviews

      No interviews are required for this scholarship.
