Outline
The Award is established to encourage undergraduate research in the UNSW Planning and Urban Devlopment Program in the field of property development. Recipients of the Award will be undertaking a final year thesis on property development from a public policy standpoint. The thesis topic may include, but will not be restricted to, land development processes, the interrelationship between planning policies and development, land and housing affordability, planned estates, urban renewal, and historical and future trends.

Selection
Recipients of the Award must be enrolled on a full-time basis in the Bachelor of Planning degree in the Faculty of The Built Environment, and undertaking an undergraduate thesis and will be undertaking a final year thesis on property development from a public policy standpoint. The Award recipient should not normally hold any other Award/s (except for Youth Allowance/ Austudy or AUSAID) except with the permission of the Selection Committee.
