| Submitted | Your application has been successfully submitted. |
| Being Assessed | Your application is currently being reviewed by UNSW Scholarships. |
| Shortlisted - For consideration | Your application is being considered by the Scholarship Selection Panel. |
| Shortlisted - Interview | Your application has progressed to the interview stage. Check your email to confirm interview details. |
| Unsuccessful | Your application for this scholarship is unsuccessful. |
| Declined | You have declined your scholarship offer. |
| Successful - Conditional Offer | You have received a conditional scholarship offer. |
| Conditional Offer lapsed | Your conditional scholarship offer has lapsed. |
| Accepted Conditional Offer | You have accepted your conditional scholarship offer. |
| Accepted - Details required | In order for your scholarship payment to be processed you must provide one or more of the following information:

| Awarded | UNSW Scholarships has received all details required to process your scholarship payment. |
| Accepted but lapsed | You have not met the conditions of the scholarship or are no longer eligible. |
| Scholarship Withdrawn | The Scholarship program has been withdrawn and will not be offered. |
