The purpose of this application is for applicants to be potentially considered for multiple Science Faculty honours scholarships, depending on individual scholarship criteria.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria Selection Criteria

UGCA1623 Harold Theodore Clyde Howard Endowed Honours Award

    $5,000 for 1 year

  • Must be commencing full-time Honours study in Chemistry
 
  • Academic merit
  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of Chemistry

UGCA1079 Sonja Huddle Award

    $5,000 for 1 year

  • Be an Australian Citizen, New Zealander Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be enroled in one of the following programs, with a project specialising in earth science and the environment:
    • Bachelor of Environmental Science
    • Bachelor of Advanced Science
    • Bachelor of Science
 
  • Academic merit
  • Leadership skills (school, workplace, or community)
  • Extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience)
  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of Environmental Science/Earth sciences and environment

UGCA1341 Surface Coatings Association Australia Award

    $5,000 for 1 year

  • Be commencing full-time Honours study with the School of Chemistry in an area closely associated with coatings technology, for example polymers, pigments, corrosion or adhesion problems, or rheology.

  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of coatings technology

UGCA1030 John MacIntyre Honours Year In School Marine Science

    $5,000 for 1 year

  • Be an Australian Citizen, New Zealander Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • Be commencing full-time Honours year in the Bachelor of Science program with a project specialising in Marine Science.

  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in marine science
  • Leadership skills (school, workplace or community)
